It is possible to make a reservation for one of our rooms by providing a credit card as a guarantee.
Alternatively, it is also possible to secure the reservation via a bank transfer equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. Confirmation of the booking will take place only when the payment details or credit card details are received.
The balance payment for the stay can be made through various options:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Payment directly at the property
As regards the latter option, payment on site takes place at check-in, coinciding with the delivery of the keys and the registration of guest details.
Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.
In the event of a decision by the guest to interrupt a stay that has already begun, no refund will be provided and the guest will be required to cover the entire amount of the booked stay.
The amount expected for the tourist tax is € 2.00 per day per person.
For stays longer than 4 nights, from the fifth night onwards the tourist tax is not due.

Given the presence of private inhabitants inside the building, we recommend behavior that respects their tranquility, especially in the evening and at night.
The possibility of receiving visits and additional guests other than those staying in the Guest House must be agreed with the property.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all common areas.
The Management assumes no responsibility for inconveniences resulting from shortages in supplies, unexpected equipment failures or other exceptional circumstances. Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for damages caused by other guests, adverse weather conditions, natural events, epidemics or diseases.
Please note that the Management is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of objects left in the rooms, nor for any damage to people or property.
Small pets are accepted upon agreement with the Management.
